Floating Everything Trebuchet (FET)
A Floating Axle Trebuchet with no counterweight guide. The arm, counterweight and axle are free to move forwards and backwards.

Advantages over FAT
- Shorter (no CW guide)
- Track gap is easily avoided
- Possibly more efficient in some cases
Disadvantages over FAT
- More vulnerable to derailments
- Wheels and track need to keep arm assembly aligned
- Arm assembly may strike ends of track
